PERSONAL TRAINING

One-to-one training in your home, gym or on the beach. Creating a bespoke programme tailored to your short or long terms goals. GG Elite Fitness will guide you to improve general fitness, reduce pain, improve athletic performance or lose weight.

12 WEEK MUSCLE BUILDING

The programme is structured into splits for a total of four workouts, with a day of rest in between each, For example: Monday is chest and triceps, Wednesday is legs and abs, Friday is back and biceps, then Sunday is shoulders, traps, and abs. The cycle begins again on Tuesday the following week. To focus solely on hypertrophy ( or muscular size) vs strength or power.For both men and women.

6 WEEK SHREAD

 A 42 day fitness course, meticulously crafted to burn fat and build muscle – without giving up foods you love. It’s not just another exercise program. This self- funded course is composed of comprehensive lessons about diet, exercise and day to day routines.

BESPOKE AREA-TARGETED EXERCISE PROGRAMMES

Programmes designed to your specific muscle parts. Arms, chest, legs, glutes etc. Learning how to do exercises with correct technique and how to ensure you work your desired areas.

BESPOKE NUTRITIONAL PLANS

Adopting a healthy relationship with food and educating on how to fuel yourself correctly. Designed around your current lifestyle and creating a personalised plan to reach your results. GG Elite Fitness will let you know which supplements, vitamins and minerals will benefit you.

GROUP TRAINING

Train with friends or family to keep you motivated. There is more energy in a group setting and ideal for those with a competitive streak! GG Elite Fitness bespoke training sessions.

The goal of GG Elite Functional Training Circuit is to provide a whole-body workout building stability, strength, core and endurance offering a more challenging and varied workout. These exercises help you perform activities in everyday life more easily. These exercises use the whole body- definitely multiple muscles  – and emphasise core strength and stability.

GG ELITE HIIT PRYAMID

High-Intensity Interval Training programme to increase your fitness, strength and fat loss with just using your body weight! As this doesn’t require a lot of space, it can be done in any location. You can use the GG Elite Hiit Pryamid programme even on your holiday!
